General Conditions

Exceptions are generally made for force majeure situations, cf. deliveries. Trading with meitong.dk otherwise takes place in accordance with the provisions of the Danish Purchase Act.

Exceptions are also made for typing errors, printing errors, image errors, price changes, discontinued goods and delivery failures by third parties, including force majeure.

Force Majeure

If special circumstances arise which generally prevent us from being able to comply with the delivery time, we may invoke force majeure. Examples of this can be strikes, snowstorms, fire, general shortages of goods, seizure, extraordinary interventions by the EU authorities, cyber attacks or IT breakdowns with us or our partners, lack of transport options.

Such a situation does not entitle to compensation or termination of the purchase agreement.

Contractual relationship

Only orders and agreements with a written order confirmation are binding and only on the contained conditions. Other agreements are only binding once they have been confirmed in writing by us. 


Unless otherwise agreed, products are delivered to transport access point. We choose free means of transport and transport route.

In case of damage, this MUST be applied to the consignment note upon receipt.

Photo documentation must be sent to us as soon as possible. 


We reserve the right to reject incoming orders if the purchase price and shipping costs exceed the sales price. This could be disproportionate price increases from a vendor that has not been updated online. 


You have several options when it comes to completing your purchase. You can pay with Dankort, VISA, MasterCard, etc.

All payments are made on an encrypted page, so your payment information is treated confidentially and securely.

The amount is reserved when ordering and is only deducted from your card when the item is shipped. 


Right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal on confirmed orders Buseness2Bussines.

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to let us know that you will regret your purchase. You can send an email to us.

You can not cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Undoing part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.



Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport.


The condition of the item when you send it backs

We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging with an extra layer of protection around. If the original packaging is missing, or the product has been used it may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.


Refund of the purchase amount 

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we have received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.

We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us proof of having returned it.

Personal data policy

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, tel. No. and email address.

We register and pass on the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the item to you.

The personal information is registered with Meitong.dk and stored for 7 years , after which the information is deleted.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

The data manager at meitong.dk is owner Meimei Lin.

You have the right to be informed of what information we process about you.

If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. It can eg be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. You can write to us at: customerservice@meitong.dk
